We are looking for, for one of our clients, an Industrialization Methods Agent (M/F/D) to support the development of new products and the continuous improvement of processes Job description ### • Manage the monitoring of industrialization projects for new products, from pre-series to mass production. • Conduct continuous improvement projects according to Lean Manufacturing principles. • Develop tooling for new products and ensure its maintenance. • Create and maintain technical data (routings, drawings, work instructions, etc.). • Manage machine investment projects and participate in technological monitoring. • Provide technical support to the various departments. Profile ### • Engineering degree in industrial processes or training deemed equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. • Ability to unite teams and support change. • Good command of ERP systems. • Mastery of CAD software. • Good command of the Windows environment and the Microsoft Office suite.
