The Avosano Gruppe employs a total of 750 employees at 3 locations with its two subsidiaries Avosano AG (pharmaceutical wholesale) and Avosano Industrie Service AG (pharma pre-wholesale).

For our Customer Service department at the Romanshorn or Niederbipp location, we are looking for you as temporary support for 6 months:

Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) 60 - 100%

The challenges you will face

• Telephone customer contact in German, French and Italian
• Processing of customer orders
• Collaboration and support in the various areas of customer service
• Work assignment from Monday to Friday between 07:30 to 18:30, Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 (partly according to deployment planning)

What distinguishes you from others

• Pharmaceutical, medical or commercial training, several years of professional experience in the service sector or in a pharmacy or drugstore
• Pleasant telephone voice and good linguistic expression
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Sympathetic, understanding and convincing manners in customer contact
• Team player with high social competence, sociable and open
• Language skills: German and French fluent, Italian (min. B2)
