Dispatcher (m/f) 100% Permanent Position

For our client based in the Zurich Airport region, we are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f) 100% permanent position immediately or by arrangement. Predominantly goods from the areas of air freight replacement transport and temperature-controlled transports, especially in the pharma sector. • Dispatching of vehicles and personnel • Recording and processing of orders in the system • Invoicing of orders • Calculating and submitting offers for ad-hoc orders • Invoice control of purchased services • Maintaining contact with customers in coordination and according to instructions from the supervisor • Acquisition of new customers • Communication with drivers via info-board or instruction (document changes, info, etc.) • Interface to warehouse staff Your requirement profile: • Commercial training (KV) is an advantage with a focus on transport / logistics / forwarding • Very good IT skills • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing • Accustomed to working independently Have we aroused your interest?
