What makes you unique

• University degree in the field of social sciences, geography, or political science, with professional experience
• Proven knowledge of the connections within the housing sector, interest in socio-political, spatial planning, and housing economic issues
• Experience in research and in handling the resulting qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong conceptual and editorial skills; highly independent way of working and the ability to network
• Very good active knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills; good knowledge of a third official language is an advantage
• Performance-oriented personality, team spirit, organizational skills, accuracy, networked thinking

The Bundesamt für Wohnungswesen (BWO) is the federal competence center for questions regarding housing and real estate use. The BWO implements the federal housing policy and is responsible for tenancy law. For many tasks, the BWO maintains cooperation with partners, such as other federal offices, cantons, cities, and municipalities, but also with research institutions, associations, and the economy.
