MARC O’POLO stands for Premium Modern Casual Wear – modern design paired with Scandinavian spirit, timeless looks and a passion for sustainable, high-quality materials. For our store in Länderpark Stans, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality who does not just sell fashion, but lives it.

Your tasks

• Inspiration & advice: You advise our sophisticated clientele passionately, individually and with style confidence in all fashion matters.
• Well-being atmosphere: With your positive charisma and service mentality, you create a unique shopping experience in the store.
• Store & merchandise presentation: You support the optimal maintenance of the sales area as well as the appealing merchandise presentation (Visual Merchandising).
• Cash register system & management: You operate modern cash register systems and assist with smooth merchandise management.

What you bring with you
Must-haves (Mandatory):

• Sales talent & advisory competence: You enjoy active customer contact and ensure a first-class shopping experience.
• Professional experience: several years of active sales in the fashion industry.
• Communication strength & German language skills: You approach people openly and express yourself fluently in German.
• Style confidence & charisma: You possess a sense for trends, colors and cuts and represent our collections confidently.
• Flexibility & reliability: Saturdays and flexible assignments within the framework of your workload are easily manageable for you.
• Team spirit & resilience: Even in hectic moments, you remain calm, work carefully and maintain an overview.

Nice-to-have (Advantages):

• Completed training in retail (specialization in textiles)
• Experience in Visual Merchandising and the operation of modern cash register systems.
• Enjoyment of Social Media and the presentation of looks.
