Employee Events & Guest Relations (m/f/d) on an hourly basis

The Evangelisch-Reformierte Kirchgemeinde Luzern (www.reflu.ch/luzern) extends over an area of 18 political municipalities and consists of 8 sub-parishes with around 16,500 members. The Teilkirchgemeinde Stadt Luzern is a lively place of encounter with diverse church, cultural, and social events. As a service-oriented, flexible, and outgoing personality with enjoyment in hosting tasks, we are looking for you for the Teilkirchgemeinde Stadt Luzern as an Employee Events & Guest Relations (m/f/d) on an hourly basis The scope of employment depends on the event calendar and is up to a maximum of 40%. As part of a pilot project limited to one year, you will support the care and accompaniment of events on-site. In the event of a positive evaluation of the pilot project, there is the possibility of a contract extension. In doing so, you will take on hosting tasks, look after guests and external organizers, and ensure the smooth running of events. Your tasks • Care and accompaniment of events on-site • Hosting function towards guests and external organizers • Reception and care of guests • Showing and providing the event rooms • Preparation, setup, and cleaning of the rooms • Assistance with beverage service and simple service tasks • Ensuring a smooth process during events Your profile • Enjoyment of hosting and service tasks • Friendly, well-groomed, and confident appearance • Experience in the gastro, service, or event sector • Confident expression, orally and in writing • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other programs • Independent and reliable way of working • Flexibility and resilience • High readiness for flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts We offer • Varied activity with direct guest contact • Meaningful activity in a church environment Interested?
