Senior PLC Programmer

You develop and document PLC programs for multi-axis high-tech systems and support their commissioning.

Tasks

• Developing PLC programs for new developments, cycles and customer-specific changes to multi-axis high-tech systems
• Documenting and implementing the developed control programs
• Creating models for the simulation of PLC software
• Carrying out the initial commissioning of prototypes
• Supporting the estimation of development efforts
• Training and support of commissioning engineers

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the electrical field
• Further education as a Techniker HF or Ingenieur FH, preferably electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science
• Programming knowledge of CNC controls
• Basic knowledge of safety concepts for controls
• Basic knowledge of bus systems (Profinet, DriveCliQ, Profibus)
• High willingness to communicate internally as well as with customers and suppliers
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
