Apply now!     At a glance   The position as an experienced commissioning and qualification engineer offers you the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and to learn a lot in a varied everyday routine. The great team as well as the induction through our SKAN Aacademy will support you in starting in our field of activity. Ideally, in addition to your team spirit, you also bring several years of experience from a technical profession with international travel activity. With us, you will spend approximately 50% of your time in commissioning and qualification on-site at our pharmaceutical customers, which gives you the opportunity to get to know new cultures and actively apply your language skills.     Tasks   • Commissioning of isolators as well as peripheral devices and working with common PLC controls • Input/Output tests (I/O tests) and line tests • Documentation according to cGMP • Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of (isolator) systems: • Verification of design documentation against the plant (P&ID, electrical and pneumatic diagrams or nameplate lists) • Calibration and adjustment of sensors and instruments • Qualification of ventilation systems (filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanroom class) • Alarm testing & function tests • Troubleshooting, analysis and elimination of mechanical, electrical or software deviations     Hardskills   • Engineer in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, systems technology or similar • Several years of professional experience with international activity in a technical environment • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of commissioning • Basic knowledge in handling common PLC controls (mostly Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley) • Experience working in a GMP environment is an advantage • Car driver's license is required • Very good English and German skills are mandatory.
