For our Yverdon branch specializing in heavy vehicles, particularly coaches, we are looking for the ideal person to occupy the position of head mechanic heavy vehicles immediately or by arrangement. With this position, you will occupy a specialized management function. Could you be this person? Your main tasks Ensure an on-call service (24 x 7 x 365) for the interBUS Vaud region Operational planning of employees and permanent adaptation to current needs Clarify technical aspects with manufacturers and OEMs Technical assistance to employees Replace the workshop manager during their absences Support the workshop manager in management procedures Perform diagnostics on line and travel vehicles Your profile Federal diploma of automotive diagnostic technician or the willingness to do so Very good knowledge of written and spoken French (German as a second language is an asset) Driving licenses B and C (imperative) Joy of being in contact with customers and good communication skills Ability to react in a calm, thoughtful and friendly manner in stressful situations Ability to work within a team Good knowledge of standard MS Office programs Knowledge of an ERP system (Navision) You are an organized person Autonomous and meticulous working method Leadership skills Our offer We offer varied and interesting work within a motivated and dynamic team, a modern workplace as well as training opportunities.
