For 37 years, our office has been developing important architecture projects in both the public and private sectors.

As part of our company's development, we are looking for an :

ARCHITECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ###

capable of carrying a project in its entirety, from the first reflection to its execution.

YOUR ROLE

Depending on the projects, your responsibilities include notably:

• design and development of architectural projects,
• elaboration of plans, details and execution files,
• coordination of mandatories and different stakeholders,
• planning and direction of works,
• coordination of companies and conducting site meetings,
• quality control, cost control and deadline management,
• management of technical aspects and resolution of site issues,
• monitoring of finishes, acceptances and lifting of reservations.

YOUR PROFILE

Above all, we are looking for a committed, structured and autonomous person who appreciates responsibility and knows how to move a project forward.

You ideally possess:

• a degree in architecture HES/EPF or equivalent,
• confirmed experience in Switzerland in the field of architecture and/or DT,
• a good mastery of common computer and drawing software (ArchiCAD),
• a sense of organization, autonomy and team spirit,
• a mastery of français orally and in writing, l-allemand is an asset.
