Plant Operator

For our client, a leading and innovative Swiss company in the field of mechanical component processing with its headquarters in the Mittelland region, we are looking for a motivated and skilled person as a Plant Operator Coating (m/w/d) - 100% immediately or by agreement. Your area of responsibility: • Robot-assisted coating: You will take over the setup, loading and quality acceptance of components on the automated robot system. • Manual refinement: You will carry out precise manual coatings on various workpieces. • Surface preparation: Setting up and operating the sandblasting system is also part of your tasks. • Quality control: You will monitor the processes directly at the machines and record the results in test protocols without gaps. • Logistics & Administration: You will handle the incoming and outgoing goods including labeling via the ERP system SAP. If required, you will also flexibly support the assembly team. Qualifications Your profile: • Education: You have a successfully completed technical or mechanical basic training. • Professional experience: You have already gained several years of experience as a plant operator in an industrial environment. Experience in the field of coating is a big plus. • System & language skills: You are familiar with MS Office and SAP, and you communicate fluently in German (spoken and written).
