While Senevita stands for locations for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.   For Senevita Limmatfeld in Dietikon  we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Residential Area Management Spitex (m/f) 100% # Your task ## • You take over the professional and personnel leadership of the nursing team (approx. 15 employees) on the 1st floor as well as the Spitex area and, together with your team, ensure professional and needs-oriented nursing and care • You organize and coordinate the daily nursing and care processes and ensure a smooth workflow in both the inpatient and outpatient sectors • You lead, accompany, and develop your employees and create a working environment in which personal responsibility, cooperation, and quality are lived • You ensure professional nursing planning, nursing documentation, and service recording and pay attention to compliance with our quality standards • You keep an eye on the personnel and economic framework conditions of your area of responsibility and use the available resources in a goal-oriented manner • You ensure a reliable flow of information between residents or Spitex clients, relatives, employees, and other internal and external specialist agencies • You work closely with the nursing service management and other management personnel and actively contribute to the further development of nursing quality and our processes • You are a reliable contact person for your team, lead by example, and also support the operational daily business if necessary. What you bring with you ## • You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH • You bring several years of leadership experience in a comparable function and ideally have leadership training or are willing to complete such • You have experience in long-term care and/or Spitex • You have experience in dealing with people with dementia and different nursing and care needs • You enjoy the leadership and development of employees and communicate clearly, appreciatively, and reliably • You are interested in nursing development and continuous improvement of nursing quality • You think in networks and economically and can use personnel and operational resources responsibly • You have good RAI knowledge and are confident in using digital working tools • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as resilience and teamwork round off your profile.
