What you achieve with us Overall project management: Thanks to your sound experience, you take on overall responsibility for demanding architecture and interior architecture projects in existing properties - from the first idea to realization. You lead projects with a volume of around CHF 4 Mio. with clarity, structure and foresight. Cost and schedule management: You take on cost and schedule management and ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are always in harmony. Preparation of project documents: You are responsible for the entire project documentation in cooperation with the project team. Contact person for the client: You are the central contact person for the client, accompany decision-making processes at eye level and build trust throughout the entire project duration. Team spirit: You control and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that all parties involved pull together. In doing so, you strengthen your environment, develop employees in the team and actively shape the cooperation and culture of our company. What you bring Sound professional experience: You have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in leading complex projects and necessarily have experience in Switzerland. You are familiar with the relevant SIA phases as well as Swiss norms and standards, and move safely within them. In addition, you have a degree in interior architecture or architecture. Project and technical expertise: You bring pronounced skills in design, execution and overall project management of complex interior design projects. Working style: You work in a structured way, take on responsibility with pleasure and have a high standard of quality and design, and combine these with your skilled technical and constructive knowledge. Personality profile: You are a communicative personality who holds project teams together, makes clear decisions and deals sovereignly with different stakeholder groups. Program and language skills: You have good knowledge of project and construction management tools, Creative Adobe, MS Office and preferably ArchiCad. In addition, you have very good German language skills in word and writing. Good English language skills in word and writing are an advantage.
