• Setting up and operating CNC turning-milling machines
• Quality assurance and quality control of the manufactured parts
• Optimizing and adjusting existing CNC programs
• Creating production documents and performing first-article inspections
• Active participation in continuous process improvement
• Monitoring production machines and manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic (mandatory)
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness to work in regular two-shift operation (early shift 06:00–15:00, late shift 15:00–00:00).
