What awaits you?

• Support of the currently two estate advisors in the creation and processing of documents such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, division proposals, advance care directives, etc.
• Receipt and coordinated processing of customer concerns
• Administrative support in day-to-day business
• Organization and coordination of appointments
• Clarifications with offices, authorities, and institutions
• Ensuring and implementing internal processes
• Opening and billing of mandates

What do you bring with you?

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in an assistant function in the banking sector or legal field is an advantage
• Strong awareness of quality as well as a structured, careful, detail-oriented, and precise way of working
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written (German)
• High organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and to work in a structured and conscientious manner even with changing requirements
• Strong IT affinity as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI-supported applications
