To meet the many challenges ahead, the HIB General Management is looking for a: Legal Counsel at 50% Your mission Work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department for all matters related to labor law, applicable CCTs, and situations requiring legal analysis or drafting Participate in public tender procedures, notably for the preparation and proofreading of legal documents Draft, analyze, and adapt contracts, conventions, institutional directives, or any other document requiring legal framework, on behalf of members of the Management Collaborate, when necessary, in the management of patient complaints by providing legal analysis and drafting support Contribute to work related to data protection Provide targeted legal opinions and proposals, adapted to the needs of the Departments Your assets You hold a Master's degree in law, ideally supplemented by a lawyer's patent or confirmed experience as a legal counsel You master the fields of Swiss labor law, contract law, and CCTs You have essential knowledge in patient law and data protection You demonstrate autonomy, excellent writing skills, and sharp analytical capacity Start date: to be agreed.
