Project Manager in strategic Pricing

What you can achieve. • As a Project Manager, you take over strategic work packages from myRIDE, thereby shaping the future public transport range and contributing to the further development of public transport in Switzerland. • You develop new ideas across topics at the interface of Pricing, Marketing, Sales and IT. In doing so, you design new functionalities of myRIDE, such as an offer for co-travelers, B2B solutions or cross-border pricing. • You are responsible for the successful implementation of the pilot in the market and create the prerequisites for a final introduction of the new pricing system. • In regular exchange with representatives of the industry, you operate in the tension between transport companies and politics. In doing so, you ensure that the needs of the various interest groups flow into the further development of the tariff system of the future. • Strategic further development takes place in exchange with science and other know-how carriers based on the current state of research. What you bring with you. • You enjoy strategic questions and actively drive them forward with your conceptual skills. Ideally, you bring strengths in the implementation of projects in interaction with IT. • Complex topics are standard for you. With your eye for the essentials, you prepare decision-making bases simply and in a target-group-oriented manner. • With your convincing personality and your high presentation competence, you win people over for your projects. • As a team player (m/f), you enjoy working with other people and your sense of humor is not neglected in the process. • You have a university degree (Master's level) preferably in Business Administration or Economics and bring several years of experience in the area of Pricing. In your daily work, you already use AI profitably. Knowledge of the public transport industry is an advantage. • In this function, business-fluent written and oral German skills (C1) and good knowledge (B1/B2) in French are required.
