To expand our team in Bern, we are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about the business succession of Swiss SMEs.

What awaits you with us

• You will work closely with experienced consultants and primarily accompany family-internal succession arrangements and business transfers to employees from A to Z. Situationally, you will actively participate in external company sales (M&A).
• You support your colleagues in the creation of business valuations and succession concepts as well as in buyer searches, contract negotiations, financing clarifications, tax rulings, and contract design.
• You show business owners how they or the company can best prepare financially for succession. In particular, you identify tax optimization potential (salary-dividend ratio, dividend withdrawal/financial planning as well as pension fund).
• You accompany our consultants to client meetings, prepare them professionally, and process the results.

What you bring with you

• Enthusiasm for the world of SMEs
• Completed studies (or shortly before) or comparable training/further education
• Initial professional experience in the fields of fiduciary, finance, pension, accounting, or controlling
• Analytical mindset and the ability to present complex relationships understandably
• Open and clear communication and enjoyment of contact with all stakeholders
• Regional roots and motivation to further develop the succession department in Bern
