YOUR TASKS

• Support of the Head of Bed Department in the personnel and administrative area
• Participation in nursing approx. 80%
• Ensuring professional and qualitatively first-class care of patients in consideration of our nursing mission statement
• Support in the introduction and supervision of new employees, apprentices as well as students

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a nursing specialist as well as corresponding leadership training or the readiness to complete this
• SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• At least three years of professional experience in the acute care sector
• Initial leadership experience from the level of Deputy Head of Bed Department in a Swiss acute hospital
• Very good German skills (oral / written)
• Polished manners and strong service orientation as well as pleasure in working in a professional environment
