CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IN THE LIFE SCIENCE SECTOR (F/M/D) 100%

As an experienced personality in the field of structural engineering, you will hold responsibility for all companies, craftsmen, planners, and suppliers involved in the projects and create the best possible framework conditions for the execution of work. For our customers, you are our valuable contact person for all questions and concerns. In doing so, you ensure a smooth project process so that the workflows regarding costs, deadlines, and quality are maintained at the highest level. Furthermore, with your experience, you find it easy to prepare tenders and awards. In short: You enjoy personal responsibility and appreciate the freedom to successfully realize joint projects!

What we wish from you

• Experienced, independent, and organizationally strong personality, who ideally has training as an architect and has already gained experience as a construction manager in structural engineering.
• Team player with a sense of humor and positive attitude as well as a "hands-on" mentality, who can identify with the culture of an SME, and brings appropriate flexibility and openness.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and in the role as an appreciated contact person for a wide variety of concerns and inquiries
• Knowledge of the construction administration software "Messerli" is an advantage
• Confident German and English skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); further IT skills are an advantage
