Facilities Management Specialist with experience in landscaping

YOUR TASKS

• As an all-rounder, you work across departments in the areas of building technology and landscaping
• You ensure the smooth operation of our institution in technical terms and carry out repairs or coordinate external tradespeople
• To maintain an overview of our facilities, you document maintenance, repairs and acquisitions
• Since we are a 7/24 operation, you will take on on-call duty in a regulated rotation. For this, we require a travel time of max. 30 Min.
• You maintain the green spaces of our facility and assist with the planting of flower beds and gardens
• You undertake the seasonal work in our extensive outdoor area (mowing lawns, removing leaves, pruning shrubs, weeding, clearing snow)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade with experience in the maintenance of outdoor facilities or vocational training as a gardener with experience in building technology systems
• You are a team player and value teamwork as well as independent working equally
• You are a communicative, open, hands-on type
• You are physically resilient and keep a cool head even in demanding phases
• You maintain an understanding and calm manner with impaired and elderly people
