To complement our team at the ZIK Areal in Arbon, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent maintenance and basic cleaning of the buildings on the ZIK Areal
• Care of premises, general areas including stairwells
• Hygienic cleaning of sanitary facilities
• Active support of the caretaker team in everyday life
• Professional and value-preserving handling of work equipment and cleaning products

Your profile:

• Reliable, independent, and thorough way of working
• Polite appearance and enjoyment of contact with tenants
• Enthusiasm for the care of outdoor areas and the preservation of property value
• High degree of reliability, independence, and absolute discretion
• Enjoyment of physical work in all weather conditions
• Experience in professional cleaning is an advantage
• Good German skills for coordination within the team
• Swiss citizenship or a valid work permit
