We at Landgasthof Roseneck are looking for an experienced female cook or an experienced male cook who will lead our kitchen with passion, with fine Swiss classics and authentic Italian cuisine. Your tasks: • Cooking Swiss and Italian dishes and helping to shape the menu • Managing the kitchen independently (experience as a solo cook is required) • Guiding and scheduling an assistant cook • Using fresh, seasonal ingredients • Ensuring cleanliness, order, and quality in the kitchen What you bring with you: • Completed culinary training • Experience as a solo cook • Experience in leading employees • Enjoyment of Swiss and Italian cuisine • Independent, reliable way of working What we offer you: • Personal responsibility and creative freedom with the menu • A family-like team • Fair pay
