Payerne | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Plan and manage the succession of officers as well as the instruction services for the militia officers of the Brigade d'aviation 31 (Br av 31), its five air base commands and the École d'aviation 81 which are subordinate to it • Coordinate the personnel availability of the operational detachments and ensure its management in the field of personnel administration • Represent the "Troop Personnel" area of the Br av 31 during militia transfer and qualification reports and serve as an interlocutor between the troop, the administration, the Air Force, Army Personnel and the cantonal military authorities • Guarantee compliance with legal provisions in the "Troop Personnel" field • Autonomously assume tasks at the level of the command service of the Br av 31 (conducting reports, minutes, task lists, triage, etc.) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • CFC as a commercial employee or higher professional training with several years of experience or equivalent training • Officer or senior non-commissioned officer with experience in the administrative management of military personnel desired • Very good knowledge of the field of management and control of military personnel of the Army as well as corresponding systems such as PISA / MIL Office / MS-Office • Good knowledge of processes and interfaces in the field of militia personnel desired • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words The Brigade d'aviation 31, with its five air base commands, 14 troop corps commands and three subordinate instruction/school commands, actively shapes the future by integrating new means of engagement that sustainably strengthen its operational capabilities.
