Your area of responsibility

• Coordination and prioritization of daily work
• Technical support of the team as well as regulation of responsibilities and deputies
• Support of own customers and reliable processing of inquiries, offers and orders
• Active further development of our retail customers
• Optimization of processes and interfaces to production, packaging, warehouse and logistics
• Participation in sales promotions and assortment developments
• Participation in the ERP introduction and Key
• User function for retail
• Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Management

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training in the commercial sector, sales or food sector
• Further education in sales, trade, leadership or business administration
• Several years of experience in sales back office or in customer support
• Experience in technical leadership or team coordination
• Strong customer and sales orientation as well as clear communication
• Structured, reliable and assertive personality
• Digital affinity and confident handling of ERP systems and Office
• Joy in taking on responsibility and
• helping to shape changes
