Roller Operator 100% (m/f)

For an established, Switzerland-wide active construction company in road and civil engineering, we are looking for several experienced roller operators for various deployment regions in German-speaking Switzerland, effective immediately or by arrangement.

The company is strongly anchored regionally and places great importance on quality, reliability, and good cooperation on the construction site.

Your tasks:

• Independent operation of rollers including operation, maintenance, and servicing of the machines
• Execution of surfacing work in road construction
• Active support of the construction site team in general construction work
• Ensuring an efficient and careful workflow on the construction site

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a roller operator
• Ideally completed training in the main construction industry
• Driving license category B mandatory
• Advantageous: Machine license M6 or comparable authorization
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Resilient and calm even in hectic work situations
• Flexible readiness for deployment (including night and weekend shifts possible)
• Team-oriented personality with a good manner of communication
