L-Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Pomy site, we are looking for:

An operations agent (concierge) at 100% (m/f)

Mission:

Ensure, in an autonomous and proactive manner, the maintenance of the premises and the proper functioning of the installations, ensure the quality of the service provided to employees, and anticipate needs by being proactive to ensure the continuous improvement of services.

• Establish the schedule and ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the premises and outdoor spaces, including green spaces
• Maintain technical devices / installations, guarantee their functioning, and propose their renewal
• Ensure the regular maintenance of devices and installations entrusted to external service providers
• Ensure the adjustment of heating and ventilation, monitor consumption (maz油, electricity) and propose economy measures
• Perform small repairs, remedy any breakdowns and call upon specialized companies if necessary
• Ensure the closing of external access doors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards for installations and by external companies
• Ideally, participate in the support of beneficiaries in rehabilitation

Profile and skills:

• CFC/AFP as an operations agent or cleaning agent and / or significant equivalent experience
• Physical resistance
• Experience in supporting apprentices or persons in professional integration would be an asset
• Experience as a security coordinator and / or knowledge in this field would be an asset
• Interest and ability to work alone and to collaborate in a small team
• Availability, autonomy and solution orientation
• Ecological awareness
• Knowledge of cleaning products, materials, hygiene standards and cleaning techniques
• Knowledge and mastery of basic IT tools
