Located in the heart of the city of Montreux, Nova Vita is a private residential establishment catering to both local and international Senior clientele. Our healthcare team provides care at our residents' homes via the OSAD and also ensures the care of our inpatient care unit.

We are looking for 1 nurse 60 to 80% for an indefinite period

Your profile:

• Holder of a HES nursing diploma or equivalent
• Motivated to join a quality environment where service to the elderly is at the heart of concerns
• Availability, calmness, patience, precision and flexibility
• Taste for teamwork and interdisciplinarity
• Mastery of French imperative - practice of German, an asset
• Mastery of IT tools - RAI, Sadies - a plus

Your tasks:

• Ensure geriatric nursing care according to the standards and rules in force within the establishment
• Ensure responsibility for the maintenance and updating of residents' computerized records and administrative documents
• Prioritize active listening, a helping relationship, relational care
• Ensure intersectoral communication
• Participate in the teaching and supervision of staff and trainees
• Respect and cultivate the mission, objectives, values and means of action of the residence
