Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer
• Ideally, further training as a construction manager/team leader
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Flexibility and commitment combined with a high sense of responsibility, independent work and assertiveness
• Enjoy taking responsibility and leading your talent competently
• Good German language skills
• Driver's license category B
• between 25-50 years

Your tasks:

• Low- and high-voltage installations in new and renovation buildings in residential, commercial and single-family homes
• Leading an installation team (work preparation, personnel deployment, etc.)
• Clarifications with specialist planners and architects
• Management and controlling of the reporting system
• Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with accident prevention regulations
• You are in a key position and make a significant contribution to the company's success
