For one of our clients, we are looking for a multi-skilled, manual, and resourceful worker to strengthen a team at a sludge treatment installation.

Job description ###

• Assist the employee in place in the daily operation of the sludge treatment installation.
• Ensure the cleaning and regular maintenance of installations, pumps, equipment, and premises.
• Perform various handling and maintenance tasks on site.
• Participate in the disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical parts.
• Carry out small interventions in mechanics, welding, or electricity according to your skills.
• Occasionally drive construction machinery (mini-excavator on tracks or tires, etc.).
• Work outdoors, including in wet, muddy environments and in all weather.
• Gradually learn the operation of the installation in order to become autonomous in its operation.

Profile ###

• Proven experience in structural work, civil engineering, special works, underground works, or mechanics on construction machinery.
• Profile of a mason, experienced laborer, machinist, assistant mechanic, or mechanic on construction machines welcome.
• Mastery of Italian indispensable to ensure good communication within the team.
• First experience in driving mini-excavators or other construction machinery.
• Good practical knowledge in mechanics and ability to perform common repairs.
• Excellent manual dexterity, practical spirit, and ability to find solutions.
• Comfortable with physical work outdoors, in dirt, water, and mud.
• Reliable, autonomous, versatile person who enjoys working in pairs.
• Willingness to learn and to invest long-term in a technical activity.
