Head of Gastronomy ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility (strategic and operational) for several businesses including the event area • Direct leadership of the management team as well as overall responsibility for around 120 employees • Co-shaping and implementation of the corporate strategy, -culture and the living example of values • Responsibility for the further development and achievement of goals of the department incl. budget and result responsibility • Further development, coaching and mentoring of the managers and employees, including planning of personnel requirements • Guaranteeing and ensuring an attractive offering and smooth processes through regular presence on site • Review and management of the offering design and price structure, observation of trends • Coordination and communication with all stakeholders   Qualifications & Competencies • Higher education in gastronomy, hotel management or business administration (e.g. Hotel Management School or comparable qualification) • Many years of and extensive leadership experience in a superior function  • Several years of experience in the successful management of a business unit or in executive management • Very good market knowledge in the Zürich, Luzern region and a good professional network • Strong leadership and decision-making competence - also in demanding situations • Fluent German and very good English skills, any further language is an advantage • Sound business understanding and confident IT user knowledge • High identification with the goals and values of a quality- and team-oriented service company   Opportunities & Perspectives Here a versatile leadership position with a lot of creative freedom and direct influence on the strategic development of an established company awaits you.
