To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Inpatient Clerk (100%) with team spirit and efficiency.
Your tasks
Your new area of responsibility includes the care of our customers in the inpatient sector (DRG, TARPSY, etc.). You check inpatient invoices for their legality and answer requests for cost coverage. For the clarifications necessary for this, you are regularly in telephone and written contact with our insured persons as well as doctors, hospitals and other service providers. You enjoy handling correspondence and use your stylish German language skills in the process. You like working in a team and nevertheless appreciate your independence. After the induction period, the possibility arises to work in home office up to two days per week.
