The Insurance Business Unit of the Touring Club Suisse (TCS) is responsible for the development and management of the insurance activities of the TCS Group. We provide high-quality services and professional assistance to our policyholders, particularly in the fields of legal protection and travel. To strengthen our Projects & Applications Management team and participate in the satisfaction of our internal and external customers, we are looking for a/an Business Application Specialist 80%-100% for our headquarters in Vernier (GE) starting from 1 December 2026 or to be agreed upon. ### Your mission Being the business owner of the applications used for the claims management of our insurance companies and being the interface between our IT services and our Claims services. ### What awaits you Functional administration of applications: you monitor and coordinate the proper functioning of our business applications with IT. Interface: you ensure the relationship between our business users and IT, as well as Finance. Functional helpdesk: you are the interlocutor for users, in case of questions or problems related to the use of our applications and our fixed telephony tools. Testing and releases: you plan, perform and document test campaigns. You write the release notes for users and train them. Continuous improvement: you collect, formalize and follow up on new needs and evolution proposals for our applications. Projects: you participate in our many projects and initiatives by providing your knowledge. Learning Management System: you support the business in the creation of digital training and ensure their online implementation. Data quality and compliance: you are the guarantor of the quality, deletion and archiving of data. You participate in ensuring data compliance in our applications. ### Do you recognize yourself in this profile? * You have a CFC as a commercial employee or higher education (University or HES Bachelor), as well as experience in the insurance field. * You have an affinity for IT with a great interest in cross-functional projects. * You have a strong customer orientation and possess good communication skills. * You are proactive in finding solutions and have a good ability to manage pressure, while being reliable and structured. * You have a team spirit, while appreciating autonomy. * You master French (level C2) and German (minimum level B2), both orally and in writing.
