What you will do with us • Carrying out preventive maintenance and inspections on systems and machines at the customer site • Service interventions, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability of installations • Assistance during the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new installations • Production support after commissioning as well as technical support at the customer site • Training and instruction of operating and maintenance personnel at the customer site • Carrying out fault analyses and systematic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control components • Remote support and troubleshooting from our Hinwil site as well as on-site assistance • Writing service reports, maintenance protocols, and technical analyses • Close collaboration with the engineering, project management, and spare parts management departments • Active participation in the continuous improvement of service processes, products, and technical solutions What you bring • Completed basic training as a mechatronics technician, automation technician, or in a comparable technical discipline • Experience with programmable logic controllers, ideally Beckhoff and/or Siemens (TIA Portal) • Several years of professional experience in the service, commissioning, assembly, or maintenance of automated industrial or intralogistics installations • Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented work • Pronounced customer orientation as well as a professional presentation • Availability for travel mainly in Switzerland as well as occasional international missions • ERP and PLM knowledge is an advantage • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English, spoken and written; other languages are a plus • Category B driver's license We offer • An attractive package consisting of a fixed salary, travel expenses, and meals • First-class training on our machines (internally and on-site) • An interesting and varied activity • Great autonomy within the team and in your field of work • Progressive employment conditions and extensive social benefits • A long-term professional perspective with opportunities for evolution • An exceptional corporate culture with the values and sustainability of a family business We look forward to receiving your complete application dossier.
