We are a large child and adolescent psychiatric care clinic with 64 inpatient beds at the Littenheid location and several outpatient locations. Treatment is provided using cross-methodological approaches in two optionally lockable crisis and therapy wards, one open crisis and therapy ward, two psychotherapy wards, one of which has a DBT-A focus, as well as two children's wards. The center has several outpatient locations. The ZKJPP has full training authorization for 4 years of category A.

Your tasks

You will work in a senior physician function at the ZKJF Frauenfeld. This includes the supervision of medical and psychological colleagues, the induction and guidance of new colleagues, active participation in continuing education and advanced training, as well as your own case management. You will actively accompany clinic-internal processes such as lean management and have an interest in leadership, good exchange with surrounding institutions, and the implementation of new therapeutic offerings. As a background physician, you will participate in the on-call service of Clienia Littenheid AG.

Your profile

You come from Switzerland or are from the EU/EFTA area and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families. You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, possess good integration skills, and enjoy working interdisciplinarily in a team.
