Samvaz SA is a family business active since 1964 in metal machining in Chatel-St-Denis (Fribourg). The company has grown by developing, manufacturing, and marketing its own products, such as PIPEX® sanitary fittings, the SAM® formwork system, RALI® planes, and TERSA® planer shafts, which are distributed in Switzerland, Europe, and throughout the world. The company employs approximately 140 collaborators in total. As an important economic player, Samvaz SA also has a social responsibility that it assumes, notably with a large photovoltaic park, its heating based on wood waste, and the subcontracting of some operations to protected workshops in the region.

Customer Service Assistant (technical) 100% (M/F/D)

and support our customers in the success of their projects in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/S)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You process customer inquiries and orders, transmitted by telephone or in writing
• You manage offers and tenders
• You propose solutions adapted to their projects and advise them
• You coordinate projects with our representatives and our technicians
• You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department's processes

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold an HVAC/S training and have significant experience in the field
• You benefit from experience within a customer service department
• You are recognized for your technical knowledge and your ability to transmit it
• You have interpersonal skills and excellent communication in French (written and careful)
• You have a good level of German and/or Swiss German
• You master usual IT tools
• You work in an autonomous and organized manner and appreciate teamwork
• You have perfect mastery of stress and are able to work within a demanding environment
