To support the Data Center team in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as our HVAC Construction Manager for Datacenters (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon. In this role, you will actively support our various Data Center projects on site.

Tasks ###

Which tasks await you as an HVAC Construction Manager for Datacenters (m/f/d)?

• You ensure that all planning documents are complete and available on time, and you report deviations or delays early
• You plan and coordinate work preparation, create construction programs, and lead contractors on the construction site in a goal-oriented manner
• You coordinate and control all HVAC trades and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, environmental, and safety specifications
• You organize and accompany technical acceptances and inspections and ensure complete project documentation until completion
• You guarantee all necessary permits and preparatory work before the start of construction and accompany workshop inspections as well as the commissioning of the HVAC systems

Requirements ###

Which requirements do you bring as an HVAC Construction Manager for Datacenters (m/f/d)?

• Completed practical training in the field of HVAC
• Experience as an HVAC installation manager on larger construction sites or experience as a construction manager in the execution of building technology projects
• Team player, cooperative personality, able to take responsibility
• Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
• Familiar with the general contractor environment
• Very good German and good English skills
