How you can make an impact • As a Consultant, you will benefit from hands-on experience from day one, supporting our client missions to solve their most pressing challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation, customers, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for: • Playing an active role in large-scale projects, coordinating team activities within your workflow to meet defined deadlines and objectives • Developing strong client relationships • Applying Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify problems, imagine solutions, and define strategic concepts • Shaping the definition and development of digital products in an agile manner • Supporting our clients in the conceptualization of innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels - always with a focus on finding the right balance between users, business, and technology • Being an intrapreneur and further developing your personal and professional skills by engaging in internal initiatives that you are passionate about and where you can have a lasting impact Who are we looking for? To succeed in this role, you must have: • A master's degree from a recognized university in business/economics, digital management/design, or STEM disciplines • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, with evidence of implementing experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain business problems and digital experience solutions to stakeholders • Impeccable English and French, German is a significant asset • Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and in complex situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders • You are a team player and capable of collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, business analysts, etc. • You are enthusiastic about the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses Your team Join Deloitte Digital at an exciting time as we take our rapidly growing team to the next level - at the intersection of Deloitte's business consulting and the digital creative agency, supported by a strong global network and with access to experts in various fields and industries.
