Your tasks: You lead a department with 13 residents exclusively with a focus on gerontopsychiatry You take over the operational and personnel leadership of a team of a total of 12 employees including apprentices and students – with expertise, appreciation, and clarity. Together with your team as well as internal and external partners, you ensure the nursing process for individual care and nursing – competently and with heart. You are the link between nursing staff, residents, and management and always maintain an overview. You lead your team flexibly and humanely, practice clear communication, and promote open, humorous cooperation. You give timely, honest, and factual feedback – preferably in direct exchange. You remain solution-oriented, even when a mistake occurs – being resentful does not exist with you. As a member of the management team, you contribute actively, participate in projects and specialist groups, and help drive the further development of operational and nursing concepts. What you bring with you: Training as a nursing specialist HF, with psychiatry experience At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable function.
