Allrounder / Dishwasher (m/f)

The Selfservice-Restaurant Rinderhütte has 300 seats indoors, 100 seats on the terrace and offers a snow bar and a food truck in the outdoor area.

Your tasks:

• You assist with the mise en place as well as preparation and clearing work
• Cleaning of kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery in the kitchen and storage room
• You transport goods, dish trolleys or also occasionally clear snow
• Co-responsible for cleanliness and order in the washing area and compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Support in maintenance/care of kitchen equipment and accessories

Your profile:

• You have already been able to gain experience in the kitchen area
• You feel comfortable in a lively operation and see yourself as a good team player
• You enjoy the preparation of fresh foods
• You work quickly and cleanly, are physically fit and resilient
• You communicate in German and ideally also in French
• You are flexible in your work deployment depending on demand and time of day as well as seasonality or during events on the weekend
