Wanted – Paver (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Execution of general paving work in road, civil, and garden construction
• Laying of natural stone paving, concrete paving, and interlocking stones
• Creation of paving on roads, sidewalks, squares, and driveways
• Laying of granite, natural stone, and concrete slabs
• Setting of curbs, edging stones, and other edge finishes
• Preparation and creation of foundation layers and substructures
• Carrying out excavation, leveling, and compaction work
• Professional creation of gradients and drainage surfaces
• Cutting and adjusting paving stones and slabs
• Execution of paving work in various laying patterns
• Creation and renovation of natural stone walls, stairs, and paths
• Execution of repair and renovation work on existing paving
• Grouting and compacting paved surfaces
• Operating construction equipment such as plate compactors, cutting machines, and rammers
• Independent work according to construction plans and instructions from the foreman
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations on the construction site

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Paver EFZ or in a related construction profession is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a paver (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge of general paving and natural stone work
• Experience in laying natural stone paving, concrete paving, and interlocking stones
• Good knowledge in creating foundations and substructures
• Experience in setting curbs and edging stones
• Confident handling of various paving materials and tools
• Knowledge of different paving bonds and laying techniques
• Experience in creating gradients and drainage surfaces
• Good knowledge in cutting and processing natural stones
• Experience in road, civil, or garden construction is an advantage
• Independent and professional work according to construction plans
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• Physically resilient, reliable, and weather-resistant
