Main tasks
Creating of offers
Creating of calculations and investment requests
Creating and processing of vending machine orders
Checking order confirmations
Creating of contracts and framework agreements
Creating of individual customer letters
Creating, processing and forwarding of mutations and cancellations
Creating of customer evaluations and analyses
Recording of data in various systems
Interface function between different departments (direct customer support is rather rare)
Special tasks as specified
Tasks within a project, independent coordination, monitoring and cooperation
Education
Completed commercial or equivalent training
Initial professional experience in sales back office
Very good IT user skills (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Office programs, Outlook)
Native language [sic: ösisch] as well as stylistically confident German in spoken and written form
Very good English skills an advantage
