Le Conservatoire populaire de musique, danse et théâtre de Ge Head of Communication, Public Relations and Fundraising The Conservatoire populaire de musique, danse et théâtre de Genève is a private law foundation, subsidized by the State of Geneva, providing music, dance and theatre teaching to more than 4'600 students distributed across the canton. It has 228 permanent employees. Your main mission: design, steer and deploy the communication, public relations and fundraising strategy of the Conservatoire populaire, in close connection with the Direction. You will be responsible for strengthening the institution's influence, promoting its teaching offer and its projects and coordinating the resources, teams and partners necessary for their implementation. Head of Communication, Public Relations and Fundraising (80%-100%) Your tasks: Support and advice to the Direction for all questions related to communication, public relations and fundraising Definition of the communication strategy on all channels, public relations and fundraising of the institution and steering its implementation Responsible for the promotion of courses and the Conservatoire populaire in the canton of Geneva as well as the good visibility of the teaching centers Launching and monitoring fundraising actions for strategic projects Management of the annual budget of the communication department Management of the communication department (the deputy manager in charge of events, the person in charge of fundraising and the communication assistant) Development of communication materials (flyers, posters, dossiers, presentations, videos, articles, press releases, etc.) Your profile: Holder of a university degree in communication, marketing, cultural management or an equivalent field Proven experience (8 to 10 years) in a similar position, ideally in the cultural, associative or educational sector Excellent mastery of all communication channels and communication, marketing and public relations strategies (internal and external) Excellent mastery of digital communication tools, graphics/DTP and office software (Wordpress, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, steer communication campaigns and fundraising actions (identification of funders, writing funding request dossiers and managing relations with donors) Analytical spirit: performance analysis and ability to adjust strategies Proven managerial experience in managing a team as well as the coordination of external partners, task organization, rigorous monitoring of projects and budgets Excellent mastery of written and spoken French, ability to write impactful content adapted to different audiences. Knowledge of German and English are additional assets. Excellent ability to collaborate with various interlocutors (Direction, internal teams, partners, patrons, journalists, etc.) Interpersonal and communication skills to mobilize and unite Autonomy and proactivity in taking initiatives Solid skills in crisis communication Knowledge of the cultural and artistic field and particularly the Genevan and Suisse romande fabric.
