For our HR team at See-Spital, we are looking for a HR Assistant 100% starting 1 December 2026 by arrangement Your area of responsibility: • Supporting the HR department managers in personnel administration from A to Z • Responsibility for monthly recurring tasks (checking work and residence permits, length of service gifts, retirements, etc.) • Creation of various personnel-related documents (employment contracts, certificates, confirmations and general correspondence) • Maintenance and management of the electronic personnel files • Support and maintenance of the HR databases as well as ensuring data quality • Contact person for administrative HR questions including telephone service • Supervision of apprentices in KV training Your profile: • A completed commercial apprenticeship • Initial experience in HR or further training as an "HR Assistant" is an advantage • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • You enrich our team through your reliable, flexible and helpful nature • Your IT affinity as well as your service orientation, teamwork and communication skills round off your profile What we offer you: • Independent work in a motivated and collegial team that supports each other. • A place of work with excellent connections to public transport, as well as low-cost staff parking spaces. • Diverse benefits including great employee discounts. • A pleasant working atmosphere in an attractive location near Zürich, which has a lot to offer you both professionally and privately.
