As part of a succession plan, we are looking for an open-minded and committed personality as an engineer for our network protection systems in Eastern Switzerland at our location in Baden. Tasks and Responsibilities Creation of concepts, technical reports and evaluations in the field of network protection, primarily in the 110 and 50 kV high-voltage network. Creation of setting calculations for network protection Technical leadership and deputy deployment planning of the commissioning team Advising our customers and developing suitable protection concepts Monitoring the correct protection functionality in our network area and deriving measures Fault analyses including creation of reports after network short circuits Creating offers for network protection and commissioning projects Offer calculation and creation for secondary services with a focus on control, protection and commissioning Project / sub-project management in projects with a focus on secondary technical systems Profile and Skills Completed engineering studies FH/ETH/U in electrical engineering/energy technology or equivalent training Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical protection systems of substations and ideally also of power plants Professional experience in the commissioning of protection/control devices of high-voltage installations Responsible and decisive personality Good IT knowledge: MS-Office Very good German and good English skills, additionally desirable Independence, reliability and ability to work in a team Ability to pass on specialist knowledge to other employees and to lead them technically About the Team We offer you a team-oriented environment with a collegial working atmosphere in which you can actively contribute your strengths and thus contribute to the success of Axpo.
