The residents of the Mathilde Escher Stiftung are strongly physically limited. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling on vacation. And for that, they need you. As a healthcare professional, you enable them to live their everyday lives and their dreams.

You complement the interdisciplinary team with your expertise and represent the nursing perspective.

• Ensuring nursing quality through the implementation of the respective standards and guidelines
