Site Manager Aubonne et Corsier-sur-Vevey M/F/D

RESPONSIBILITY: ##

• You organize, coordinate and manage all operational activities at the Aubonne and Corsier sites, guaranteeing the quality of services and compliance with contractual requirements.
• You supervise daily operations, ensure the application of instructions and procedures, and adapt operational setups to client needs and field realities.
• You are the client's preferred operational interlocutor, handle their requests and ensure proactive, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
• You ensure the management and planning of staff, supervise the recruitment and integration of employees, and ensure the professionalism of the teams.
• You support and develop your employees, ensure various managerial follow-ups, and oversee the maintenance of skills and the planning of necessary training.
• You manage the administrative and financial monitoring of the mandate, including invoicing, orders, penalties, and monthly closings.
• You monitor KPIs, dashboards, and quality and operational indicators, guarantee data reliability, and implement necessary improvement actions.
• You supervise the material and technical resources of the mandate, including equipment, inventories, maintenance, and installations necessary for the continuity of services.
• You guarantee compliance with security and safety standards, support the implementation of new procedures, and coordinate exceptional situations.
• You ensure regular reporting and fluid coordination with security & safety managers, the 360 site manager, the Securitas teams as well as external partners and service providers.
