The center in Schinznach, focused on musculoskeletal, geriatric and internistic rehabilitation, offers inpatient as well as outpatient services. Around 123 beds are available to patients in all insurance classes.

The following tasks await you:

• Professional nursing and care of internistic patients with complex clinical pictures
• Responsible for diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive nursing technical measures
• Independent planning, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of the nursing process
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Independent work as a group leader
• Participation in meetings

Your tasks as a Berufsbildner/in:

• Accompanying and promoting trainees of different levels (HF, FaGe + AGS) according to educational requirements and training concepts
• Regular professional exchange regarding the educational status of the assigned trainees with the ward management and the entire team
• Conducting appraisal meetings
• Conducting competency assessments for trainees as well as conducting technical discussions with HF students

You convince us with this profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann
• Initial professional experience in rehabilitation nursing or acute hospital, preferably in the internistic area
• Good and proven knowledge in medical technology
• Experience in accompanying apprentices and students
• Completed further training SVEB 1 or timely completion thereof
• Reliable and independent way of working with a high willingness to learn
• Strong social competence, teamwork and communication skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment process
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
