Carpenter with leadership experience for facade construction projects

Activities + Planning and management of assembly processes on construction sites including all necessary facilities + Monitoring compliance with work and construction schedules during the project progress + Ensuring the timely provision of materials, components as well as operating and auxiliary equipment + Control of schedule, cost, quality and quantity parameters + Organization and management of subcontractors on the construction site as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection • Requirements + Completed vocational training in metal or structural engineering + Several years of experience in construction management of facade projects + Technical expertise in facade construction and ideally leadership experience + Excellent organizational skills as well as reliable and solution-oriented working + Confident communication skills towards various interlocutors with fluent German skills • Offer + Flexible working hour design on the basis of an annual working time model with flextime + Possibility for partial home office activities + Diverse continuing education offers including own campus and support for external training and further education
