Product Manager: Investment Products

What awaits you * You actively work on the further development of the investment product strategy and are responsible for its operational implementation. * You manage the entire lifecycle of our existing investment products and implement regulatory, market, and customer-related adjustments. * You lead cross-departmental projects related to our investment products and work closely with the specialist departments Investing, Banking Operations, Law & Compliance, Risk Control, Sustainability, Marketing, Communication, and IT. * You contribute professionally to the creation of sales, marketing, and internal training documents. * You systematically analyze market, customer, regulatory, and competitive trends and translate the findings into concrete further developments of our investment products. * You develop sound decision-making bases for new investment products and the further development of the existing range. * You monitor defined product key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze their development, and derive targeted improvement measures. * You ensure that product-related instructions, work aids, and work instructions are always up to date. * You support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal controls. What we expect * Completed Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; further training in product management or subject-related additional training such as CFA or CAIA is an advantage * Several years of sound experience in the product management of traditional investments, ideally with Swiss investment funds * Sound knowledge of the regulatory frameworks relevant to investment products in Switzerland * Strong ability to think strategically and conceptually and to implement projects effectively * You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and across teams and develop viable, customer-oriented solutions together. Our salaries are transparent internally and we guarantee a salary range of maximum 1:5 between the lowest and the highest salary. For this role, the annual gross salary is around CHF 120'000.-.
